fascial stretch therapist // chiro + physio assistant
Growing up, Cheyenne participated in Jazz dance, dirt biking, mountain biking and obstacle course races, inciting her passion for studying the human body. Cheyenne currently has a passion for Powerlifting and has been competing with the Ontario Powerlifting Association since 2015. After sustaining multiple injuries, Cheyenne became immersed in the process of rehabilitation and understands the dedication it takes to heal the body.
In 2012 Cheyenne became a Certified Personal Trainer and soon received a client with Cerebral Palsy. This prompted her to continue her education by acquiring her Fascial Stretch level 1 & 2 certifications. Since her first client, Cheyenne has worked with many individuals who suffer from MS and Fibromyalgia. Cheyenne also enjoys working with individuals who are post-operation, recovering from a car accident or serious injury, helping them realign their bodies and lives.
Cheyenne joined the team at Ossington Chiropractic in 2017 and is very excited to be working with the friendly and educated practitioners in the clinic, creating tailored strategies for working with each patient. While working at OCR Cheyenne is also studying to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT).
