Katy is passionate about integrating bodywork, movement, stillness and breath to find balance in mind, body, and spirit. She enjoys working with her patients to become empowered and curious about their healing so that they can develop the mental, physical, and emotional resilience for a life of meaning, growth, and joy.
When she’s not in the clinic, you can find Katy training Jiu-Jitsu, rock-climbing, and teaching yoga and movement.
