Pauline is a Physiotherapy Resident with a Master of Science in Physiotherapy from McMaster University. She also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University. Born and raised in Toronto, Pauline grew up playing a wide range of sports, which sparked her early interest in movement and rehabilitation.
Her clinical experience spans from acute medicine to musculoskeletal injuries, giving her a strong foundation across various areas of care. Pauline has completed Level 1 and 2 training in NeuroKinetic Therapy (NKT), which she uses to assess and address dysfunctional movement patterns. She is passionate about supporting her patients through every stage of recovery — whether it’s regaining strength after injury, overcoming barriers to exercise, or promoting healthy aging. Pauline is passionate about helping patients return to the activities that bring them joy and purpose.
Pauline values lifelong learning and continues to expand her clinical toolbox to provide evidence-based, personalized care. She aims to empower her patients through education, movement, and achievable goals that support long-term wellness.
Outside of the clinic, you can find Pauline at the gym, in a Lagree or spin class, tending to her garden and houseplants, or exploring new places while walking her two dogs. She’s always up for a travel adventure and finds joy in staying active in all forms.
